Chill Vibes Yoga: Free, Easy, and Exactly What I Needed

One of the unexpected perks of upgrading to the iPhone 16-besides trading in my old phone for a nice credit has been three free months of Apple Fitness+. And honestly, I wasn’t planning on using it, but my massage therapist gently pointed out how much tension I’ve been carrying in my neck and shoulders.

I knew I needed to stretch, but I also needed it to be easy, quick, and low-pressure. While searching, I found Jonelle Lewis, and she was exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for. She’s not what’s typically expected in the yoga space, but she’s strong, grounded, and calm. It’s rare to find someone with her kind of authenticity in the wellness world, and it made the whole experience even better.

It’s a short, easy routine, but surprisingly effective. Nothing intense, just enough to release some tension and feel a little better after. I’ll definitely be coming back to it.
