Today is the first day of my Wool& 30-Day Dress Challenge, and while it might seem like a simple wardrobe experiment, it’s much more personal for me. As a full-time caregiver, I haven’t given much thought to my clothing in a long time. Most days, I’ve been living in inexpensive fast fashion—tees and yoga pants that were practical but not intentional. This challenge is a chance to shift my focus, not just on what I wear but on how I feel in my clothes.
For the next 30 days, I’ll be wearing the same Wool& dress every day. It’s not about fashion or trends—it’s about simplifying my life and making more conscious choices. One dress means fewer decisions and more time to focus on what really matters—my family, my work, and myself.
What I’m excited about is how this dress, made from sustainable Merino wool, allows me to feel comfortable while still looking put together. It’s a shift from fast fashion to something more thoughtful, and I’m ready to see how that impacts my daily routine.
And, of course, there’s a little bonus for completing the challenge—$30 off my next Wool& purchase! It’s a nice reward for making a conscious change toward sustainability and simplicity.
I’ll be sharing more about this journey in the coming days, including how I’m styling the dress and the lessons I learn along the way. Stay tuned!
