This October, I’m joining Wool&’s Fall Layers Challenge! It’s all about finding creative ways to make the most of our wool layering pieces as we transition into cooler weather. I’ll be featuring my recently purchased Landmark Cardigan in Black from the Wool& Buy/Sell/Trade group. Not only is this a great place to buy before you know what fits you best, its a positive and supportive environment for every day life.
Wool& encourages us to experiment with versatile layers—showing that a thoughtfully curated wardrobe can create endless combinations, from monochromatic looks to casual styles and bold contrasts.
Why Layers?
Layering is the key to staying comfortable as temperatures fluctuate throughout the day, especially with how quickly the weather can change in a single day here in Texas. It’s not just about warmth; it’s about creating an outfit that can adapt to brisk mornings, sunny afternoons, and cooler evenings. I’m excited to explore more looks and see just how far my Merino pieces can take me.
If you’re curious to see my outfits and how I’m tackling each prompt, I’ll be sharing updates on my Instagram at @peaceinthechaosautism. Follow along if you want to see how I make layering work for me this fall!
Update 10/8: Challenge completed! I’m happy that I was able to add a new Aspen Legacy Sweatshirt in Marionberry and a Charcoal Heather Landmark from the Buy Sell Trade group to help mix things up a bit. I completed a 2nd 10x10 Challenge and started a new round today. I’ll keep this going for a few more weeks before starting my 30-Day Dress Challenge on November 1st with the Sierra in Aurora Heather Blue.
